Relaxation exercise with the AeroYoga ®️ swing. 

In this basic level AeroYoga® class, we first work our back (and breathing) and then the neck (and breathing) exercise. 

The effect is tonicity on the back and release on the neck.

The AeroYoga method is divided into three methods or three variants:
the holistic method.
the technique method and 
the aerobic method.



The holistic method is aerial yoga or AeroYoga. It is called holistic because it includes more aspects of the person. In this method we must not only work physically, we must also work on energy aspects, chakras, visualizations, breathing ...

The technical variant is the most physical (posture, postural correction).
She would be part of the technical section (Pilates Aérien or AeroPilates).

The aerobic variant: And the last one is perhaps the most demanding and the most different las method of the holistic variant for the form of work, it is the aerobic variant, also called Aero Fitness or AeroFitness.



In this course you will learn these three variants which are very different but pay attention: 
They are complementary, that is to say, all three will show us a real prospect of the potential of the method in suspension.
