Hello! I'm Rafael Martinez, creator of the AeroYoga® method: Puerto Rico !, AeroYoga® Institute presents its AeroYoga® Experiences at Casa de la Ceiba, in the mountains of Aguas Buenas, Puerto Rico.
These are one-day retreats that combine swing work, work in suspension, as well as a lunch, fruit and healthy drinks.

The AeroYoga® experiences are an integrative wellness program that unites physical and emotional toning and the work of conscious breathing, which entails, without a doubt, benefits for health and integral well-being.
These one-day retreats are completed with healthy food and drink, fruits and specific herbal teas based on the theme of the day.
For example, for our last experience, the objectives to be met were the increase in energy, concentration and anti-aging benefits.
Our special tea recipe for this day was composed of: green tea, passion fruit, lemon, ginger, vitamin C and zinc.
We are waiting for you for the next AeroYoga® experience in the mountains of Aguas Buenas Puerto Rico, in the neighborhood of Jagueyes.
These retreats are held on Sundays from 10 am to 3 pm.
