Hi from AeroYoga® USA, I'm Rafael Martínez, today we present the posture of the AeroYoga® Bridge, a position that on the ground and in traditional yoga would be similar to chakrasana.
They are similar in the activation of the pelvis, more stabilized with the swing in AeroYoga®.
And also lumbar hyperextension, which with the help of the yoga swing we can accentuate more or less and customize the pose.
Watch the video presentation here
In the video we see the level 2 variant where the body floats in space thanks to stabilized hips on the swing.
This is a position that everyone can practice because we have versions in levels 0 and 1, in contact with the ground, and in level two (as we see in the video), in total suspension. Opening the chest in the AeroYoga ® Bridge also opens us emotionally and we can feel great relief in the chest and heart.
To obtain benefits at the back level it is important to leave the session progressively, thinking all the time in the back.
Always perform these exercises under the supervision of a certified AeroYoga® and AeroPilates® International teacher. More details on http://aerialyogaus.blogspot.com.
