AeroPilates® uses the Aerial Pilates swing tool to promote the student's awareness and postural correction thanks to work in suspension.
This total or partial suspension helps to isolate the different body areas to work independently and at the same time holistic, considering the body, as a whole in addition to the physical, functional breathing and a mental state of full concentration in the exercise.
The breathing in the AeroPilates® method is calledfunctional because it is an integral part of the exercise and is closely related to the correction of the posture.
It consists of a thoracic breathing where the abdominal and pelvic muscles are activated at the same time.
This makes us strengthen the abdominal and deep abdominal muscles, the so-called core or center in the traditional pilates.
The AeroPilates® method comprises hundreds of postures and variations in which the student rediscovers the potential of his body and mind thanks to work in total or partial suspension.
