Dublin, Ireland! The 1st AeroYoga® Irish teacher training finished with great success.
With Vitor de Oliveira, professor of the team of AeroYoga® trainers, we are proud and happy to have introduced the AeroYoga® and Aerial Pilates methods in the Anglo-Saxon country.



You can also train in English in Dublin or through online training, available in English, French, Spanish and very soon in Portuguese.

HOW DOES AEROYOGA PRACTICE HELP TO FIGHT STRESS?

Hi, I'm Rafael Martinez, creator of the AeroYoga® method. One of the great complements in the practice of AeroYoga® is the practice of relaxation, meditation and yoga nidra on the swing.



All the more or less demanding exercises of the AeroYoga have as final objective to allow a deep and authentic relaxation in the student.

Meditations and relaxation are practiced during all AeroYoga classes and in particular at the end of them.



The Aeroyoga is a re-structuring method that allows regulating breathing and concentration, improving balance and releasing stress. It also helps to improve the quality of sleep, which is a basic factor for good health, both physical and mental.

The Aerial meditation offered by Aeroyoga can help the practitioner to find states of deep relaxation, of conscience and of breathing.



The student also gets into it is a peculiar mental-physical process, which will allow him to enter a state of great self-consciousness, release tensions and effectively restructure his posture.

The Aeroyoga creates and alters the state of consciousness allowing the student to really enter the subconscious and effectively manifest true changes in his mind *.
