Our day to day is full of questions, demands and emotions ... and of course also stress. Practicing AeroYoga® on a regular basis is a great tool to meet the demands of life, to take a step back and take perspective, to find resources, to settle down, to know yourself better.


The AeroYoga® Institute offers you the so-called Mini-Retreats, which are spaces for relaxation and well-being and that provide you with a space for the search for harmony between body and mind.

AeroYoga® and its Mini-Retreats of Aerial Yoga, Aero Pilates, Meditation and Ayurveda offer you a space for personal research that also allows time to become aware of your body and explore new spaces, new possibilities of greater comfort and freedom of movement thanks to work in suspension with the yoga hammock (yoga swing).

What does an AeroYoga® class offer?


AeroYoga® classes and workshops for everyone (Mini-Retreats, Yoga retreat) offer a progression during the year, offering an exploration of several components: Postures of different intensities, Exploration of these postures, Meditation, Ayurveda Rasayana anti aging, work of breathing (Pranayama), lithotherapy work (hot stones) and aromatherapy (organic essential oils)… 

AeroYoga® classes vary in intensity depending on the audience and the project of each session.

Our motto is that the yoga swing must always adapt to the student and their needs!.

This aerial discipline allows everyone, each at their own level, to be ZEN in the moments dedicated to practice, enjoying this constantly evolving postural gymnastics thanks to work in the air.
The flexible work of your body and the control of your breathing associated with a great concentration in aerial exercises allow you to discover yourself and participate in your personal development.

How is an AeroYoga® class developed?


A typical AeroYoga® session for everyone begins with some relaxation and a deep and concentrated meditation in search of well-being and self-perception, developing the amplitude of the breaths and the muscular awakening.

Then comes the time for dynamic and static aerial asanas (postures and exercises) using the Yoga swing (trapeze) as a platform.

The work of the body, breath, mind and energy are coordinated to awaken your consciousness and a unheard-of feeling of well-being.
The session ends with a return to calm with deep and conscious breaths, sometimes with mantras such as OM, to enjoy Aero Nidra © (Yoga Nidra in suspension) which is a deep and transformative relaxation lying on the swing, in suspension, as in a cotton cloud!.

You don't need to be flexible or have specific skills to practice AeroYoga®. Children welcome! (AeroKids®) .
