Aerial Pilates, Discover a new Perspective of Yoga and Pilates with AeroPilates

aerial yoga teacher training

Discover a new perspective of yoga and pilates. Become an AeroPilates ® instructor (aerial pilates) and incorporate non-traditional postures and exercises into your studio or gym using a fabric hammock suspended from the ceiling. Try it once and you'll want more.

The fly pilates (AeroPilates®) is a new and extraordinary way of working body and mind. Influenced among others, by the classic pilates, the AeroPilates® uses the pilates swing as a device to replace the other conventional devices used in fitness and pilates.

The silk hammock is suspended near the ground, approximately ½ meter, which creates instability that will challenge the practice of traditional Pilates, trying to strengthen our center (CORE) and the 'fascia' through regular training.

Aerial Pilates (AeroPilates®) is an incredible way to add a different kind of strength and flexibility by having to lift the body and work in the air.

Fly Pilates (AeroPilates®) sessions end with a Zen moment hanging on the chrysalis, to leave after class feeling energized, balanced, strong and aligned.

Beginners who practice aerial pilates (AeroPilates®) begin practicing floor exercises. With the help of the Pilates swing, you gradually progress to exercises that
They require full body suspension a few centimeters from the floor to debut and then at a higher height.

Taking muscle strengthening and specific muscle conditioning to new heights, aerial pilates allows the student to perform classic and contemporary Pilates exercises by Mat, Reformer, Cadillac and Ladder Barrel, all in the Pilates hammock!
