Our students attended the appointment last Sunday to live this experience of health, exercise, well-being, nutrition and ayurveda.

AeroYoga® is an artistic method of personal growth in suspension that already has certified centers in many countries.

What did this experience consist of?

AeroYoga ® experiences are one day retreats of aerial yoga.

Guided by Rafael Martinez and Juan Carlos Morales is an space where we teach our students to understand how the yoga swing works.


The main objective is enjoying the exercises in its three variants and 3 levels of intensity, so that enjoying, understanding the great potential of work in suspension.

AeroYoga® helps us feel good, strong, healthy and in balance.

This experience was accompanied with teas and a delicious vegan meal at the end of the session.
