Today I am going to talk about three healthy lifestyle habits, particularly exercise, rest and relaxation.

We are all aware that exercise is a main habit for good health. We have a lot of information about it today thanks to internet, TV, press.

The Mayo Clinic, in its book: 10 essential steps to have a healthy body and life, affirms that relaxation in life is fundamental to living well and being healthy, because the body "needs" periods of inactivity. Therefore, it points out some benefits of the practice of relaxation.
