AeroYoga® USA News! This week we have started a new aerial yoga teachers training in their modalities AeroYoga®, AeroPilates® and AerialFitness by Rafael Martinez® official. Now you have the online option.

We have started with a room full of students who can enjoy the face-to-face phase of this training that certifies teachers with a 200-hour diploma recognized by the Yoga Alliance among others.



To qualify for their certification, attendees must justify 200 hours of work in total, between the face-to-face phase and the online phase.
The students have a virtual classroom of support with all the syllabus and content of the course in video and online books, so that they do not lose detail of this wonderful and successful training.



AeroYoga® certification has been training teachers of aerial yoga, aerial pilates and aerial fitness for more than 10 years. 
Thanks to this experience the training of AeroYoga® is the most complete and effective in the certification of professionals working in suspension.

This course includes the new redesigned AeroYoga® swing, larger and with new ropes and grips, for greater precision of work and exercise on the yoga swing.

Aerial Yoga Teacher Training, Let´s Practice AeroYoga ® Outdoors

Hi! I'm Rafael Martínez. When I started practicing aerial yoga, one of the aspects that stimulated me the most and that motivated me to create the AeroYoga® method was the practice in the open air.


I had been practicing outdoor yoga for years. There is no greater pleasure than feeling the fresh country air or the sea in the lungs while practicing pranayama and when internal organs are stimulated with exercises and asanas in the middle of nature. This was the basis of my Creative Yoga that in turn gave rise to AeroYoga®.

Body, mind, breath and energy are the 4 bases and tools of Natha Yoga and Creative Yoga that are the source of AeroYoga®.
Practicing AeroYoga® outdoors allows us to connect these 4 tools to each other, favoring an incredible state of fullness that we can all enjoy whatever our level and condition.


AeroYoga® is for everyone, walking, enjoying the countryside, the Mountain and the beach is for everyone because it connects us with the environment and the universe.

We open the experience to all types of audiences from the age of 14.

Aerial Restorative Yoga Course, AeroYoga ® Teacher Training

Hello friends of AeroYoga®! I am Rafael Martínez.
Today we present a restorative AeroYoga® class (this is a basic level class, but no less complete).

This session, called the diamond, is ideal for stimulating the joints of the hip and spine.

Concentric and conscious movements allow the lower part of the spine, hip and co-femoral joints to be unlocked ... It is the area that joins the legs and the hip and is essential for the balance and support of our body.



Other areas of the body that are worked on in this session.
These exercises are carried out with different variations over an hour of class, allowing the abdominal and lumbar muscles to digest the digestive system and at the muscular level.



A great feeling of peace and well-being.
The work of the lower and middle part of the body allows us to release accumulated tensions and relax the sciatic nerve so that the feeling of peace and well-being is very high, according to the students' own experience.



The final relaxation, moment of recreation with meaning.
Relaxation in AeroYoga® is very special because it is accompanied in addition to lithotherapy (hot stone therapy), natural aromatherapy and music therapy.
