What are AeroYoga® experiences?
On weekends we carry out day retreats where we offer to our public aerial yoga, aerial pilates and aerial fitness classes, so that they receive and enjoy the basics of the original AeroYoga® method:

Integral sessions with the holistic variant, discover the postural correction with the technical variant and energize with the aerobic.



For all audiences.
We open the experience to all types of audiences from the age of 14.

The AeroYoga® has no limitations because it has 3 intensity levels to suit each individual and for maximum enjoyment.

Instructor Training.
Apart from the retreats, at AeroYoga® International we offer you the official training of teachers, accredited Yoga Alliance, under the direction of the creators of the method, Rafael Martínez and Juan Carlos Morales.

AeroYoga® Kids, Benefits for Health and Back Pain, Aerial Yoga Teacher Training

AeroYoga® Kids (AeroKids®): A healthy spine is essential for the development of the body of the child. 
Studies conducted by experts indicate that 65% of children suffer from some type of back pain, this is something we can avoid with some specific exercise and postural awareness.

In the AeroKids® method we have developed exercises to take care of the children spine and back, as this provides a series of health benefits.

The spine provides direct functioning of the nervous system and makes it of great importance for the structural support of the back and organs, such as the spinal cord.

It also provides points of attachment for the muscles of the back and for the ribs where cartilages called vertebral discs, located between the vertebrae, have the function of absorbing impacts during activities such as walking, running and jumping.



Intervertebral discs are the natural cushions of the child's body. 
With the AeroYoga® Kids method (aerial yoga kids) we strengthen this essential part for the correct development of the child.
