Yoga retreat in Puerto Rico! Mini Retreats of 4 Hours in Full Nature, AeroYoga ® Classes, Meditation and Ayurveda !.
For this AeroYoga® & Yoga Creativo© Mini-Retreat of 4 hours on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday mornings and until noon), I will take you on a trip to a small corner of the Caribbean paradise called Aguas Buenas, where we will be alone in the heart of nature, with aerial yoga and reconnection with oneself as the only concern.
In a place dedicated to relaxation, this yoga retreat will allow you to rediscover yourself and become one with the environment.
The lessons will be taught by Rafael Martínez, creator of the AeroYoga® method and by Juan Carlos Morales, certified teacher, at the AeroYoga® Institute Puerto Rico (Casa de la Ceiba) in a limited group of 14 participants.
This will allow us to listen and pay special attention to each of you.
In the program there will be active and gentle practices, as well as workshops and moments to share.
The healthy, vegan or traditional lunch (with meat), you choose, is included in this Mini-Retreat.
Kindness, openness and respect for ourselves and others will be the watchwords during this AeroYoga® experience that you are about to discover.

We will work on these 4 tools through the techniques developed by Rafael Martinez, such as AeroYoga® (Aerial Yoga and AeroPilates®) and Creative Yoga ©
… and other ancient and highly topical ones such as Meditation (learn to meditate with full consciousness to prevent anxiety and be happier in the day to day), Pranayama (learn anti-stress breathing exercises), Ayurveda Rasayana (toning, detox, slimming and anti-aging effects) as well as working with hot stones and the use of essential organic oils (aromatherapy).
