A New AeroYoga ®, AeroPilates ® and Aerial Fitness by Rafael Martinez ® Experience Class

Hi AeroYoga® friends, I'm Rafael Martínez; A new AeroYoga®, AeroPilates® and Aerial Fitness experience has taken place at Casa de la Ceiba, home of the AeroYoga® Institute in Puerto Rico.

What are AeroYoga® experiences?
On weekends we carry out day retreats where we offer to our public aerial yoga, aerial pilates and aerial fitness classes, so that they receive and enjoy the basics of the original AeroYoga® method:

Integral sessions with the holistic variant, discover the postural correction with the technical variant and energize with the aerobic.

For all audiences.
We open the experience to all types of audiences from the age of 14.

The AeroYoga® has no limitations because it has 3 intensity levels to suit each individual and for maximum enjoyment.

Instructor Training.
Apart from the retreats, at AeroYoga® International we offer you the official training of teachers, accredited Yoga Alliance, under the direction of the creators of the method, Rafael Martínez and Juan Carlos Morales.

AeroYoga® is the new trend ... What does the AeroYoga® 200 Hours air yoga diploma offer you?

After successfully completing the AeroYoga® training, the certified teacher receives a diploma that will confirm the knowledge and experience in the practice of aerial yoga by the International AeroYoga® Association.

This diploma ensures that the teacher is able to transmit their knowledge to students of basic, intermediate and advanced level in the 3 variants of the method (aerial yoga, aerial pilates and aerial fitness).

Students receive a diploma confirming that they have sufficient knowledge and practical experience.

To complete the training, in addition to the face-to-face phase it will be necessary to successfully complete a final exam and justify 150 practical hours.

This is a diploma that approves 200 hours in total thanks to which you are accredited among others by the Yoga Alliance as a RYT200 teacher.

This diploma trains to teach aerial asanas, pranayama on the swing and meditation, aero nidra (yoga nidra in suspension, deep relaxation) for students of basic, intermediate and advanced level.

We are the first training in aerial yoga to have created an online support classroom...

...for students to complete their training and experience as a teacher of AeroYoga®, AeroPilates® and AerialFitness® online wherever they are.

The AeroYoga® method includes in its agenda variants such as Aero Vinyasa © or AeroKids® (Aerial yoga for children, it is a separate certification), methods developed by Rafael Martínez and Juan Carlos Morales.
