learn to fly with AeroYoga !. Hello friends of AeroYoga® International USA, I am Rafael Martinez, director of AeroYoga® Institute. The AeroYoga® method propose exercises of various levels to make it accessible to the greatest number of people. We want everyone to enjoy it!
In an AeroYoga® class, with the help of the certified instructor, we will take into account the intensity level of the class (levels 0, 1 or 2) to ensure that we are working according to our physical condition.

3 intensity levels in the AeroYoga® method
Level 0 classes work with only one part of the body in suspension and trying to stabilize important joint areas such as the hip, lumbar or cervical area. In level 1, the classes propose exercises in partial suspension, as in level 0, but this time including extensions and hyperextensions, for example at the lumbar or cervical level. These extensions are always carried out under the supervision of the teacher and progressively. In level 2 we find the exercises in total suspension. It is the most demanding and spectacular postures that make some people think that AeroYoga® is not for them. However, most regular level 0 and 1 practitioners eventually join the advanced level if they wish: The key to success is to perform a progressive and patient work, starting first with the basic levels to move forward over time to more advanced levels.
