On this aerial yoga teacher training course you will experience a dynamic variety of traditional natha based aerial yoga mixed with acro and restorative techniques.
Receive detailed analytic instruction of alignment, adjustments and transitions.
In this training you will learn:
·Foundational of aerial yoga poses
·How to teach an all levels class safely
·How to assist students safely
·Heal the body with restorative aerial and learn therapeutic based anatomy for spinal decompression and injuries.
