WHAT TO EAT BEFORE DOING AEROYOGA ®

Like all physical practice, the Aeroyoga also involves an expenditure of energy in our body.
That is why it is important to maintain a good diet but... what is better to eat before an Aeroyoga class?
Well, the ideal is that 1 or 2 hours before class do not eat anything, because if we do not let our body make a good digestion, we can feel discomfort that force us to leave the class.
But remember that we can not exercise on an empty stomach, here you have some foods that you can take 1 or 2 hours before class and that will provide you with the necessary energy:
-A handful of nuts. They will provide energy to hold an Aeroyoga class
-Have a good hydration. Drink water before, during and after class. During exercise our body loses mineral salts, water will help us stay hydrated without feeling fatigued.
-A piece of fruit. Apple, red fruits, raisins, grapes, etc. They are also recommended before an Aeroyoga class.
-Be careful with acidic foods (oranges, coffee ...) or fatty foods, as they will cause discomfort and bad to be in our body.
Remember not to enter the class neither very satiated nor very empty.
