Aerial yoga by AeroYoga® is the new trend that we have been developing for more than 10 years at AeroYoga® Institute and that combines flexibility, stretching, endurance and muscle strengthening.
AeroYoga® movements and exercises protect the joints (knees, hips, shoulders etc.) if they are executed correctly under the supervision of a certified teacher and allow a real decompression of the spine, our axis of strength and balance, thanks to the work in weightlessness.
The goal is to strengthen and stretch deeply without risk, for this you work a few centimeters from the ground, thanks to the lightness that the hammock brings.
The movements take place in a hammock suspended from the ceiling with the help of arms and grips that allow an infinity of postural proposals.
AeroYoga® is a mixture of yoga, pilates, fitness, postural and respiratory awareness ... this new discipline is accessible to everyone;
The yoga hammock adapts to the body, as it is made of a special artificial silk that is pleasant to the touch and each progresses at its own pace.
AeroYoga® is about reconnecting the body with the spirit.
Focusing on oneself through the work of the alignments and breathing control as well as the accuracy of the postures which entails a challenge in each class and teaches us to grow and enjoy in environments different from ordinary ones such as work in suspension...
On the other hand, the yoga hammock is an innovative tool thanks to which we acquire a great sense of freedom due to work in suspension and offers the opportunity to explore new sensations with the body in the air.
AeroYoga® is an anti stress activity. In addition to helping to combat stress and tone up, inverted positions are ideal for helping venous return and lumbar decompression as well as lymphatic drainage and drainage that we call "emotional", emptying of thoughts and induced meditation in AeroYoga®.
For all this with a regular practice the progress during the sessions is palpable.
In short, what goals do we achieve with the regular practice of AeroYoga® (aerial yoga, aerial pilates, aerial fitness)
-Tonicity
-Force
-Resistance
-Venous return
-Meditation
-Concentration
-Activation of the center (core)
-Stimulation of the spine
-Flexibility
-Slim down
-Respiratory potential
-Tones the nervous system
-And many more...
Classes are always held under the supervision of a certified AeroYoga®, AeroPilates® and Aerial Fitness by Rafael Martinez® teacher.
