How are your stress levels these days? It's so easy for stress to get out of control. The effect on our health can be literally toxic.
Stress can affect our health in all kinds of ways, contributing to

According to MayoClinic.org, stress can have many other common effects on your body, mood and behavior. From headaches to muscle tension and chest pain, fatigue, trouble sleeping, irritability, anxiety, lack of motivation and much more.
It's easy to not control all these things until our health derails completely.
Many of the health problems we face may be directly related to stress and you may not even realize it.
Apart from measures to relieve stress such as exercise, nutrition, laughter, friendships, family and adventure, and really get organized, there is something else that works very well, the AeroYoga® method.
AeroYoga® can be a great helper to change your energy, inspire epiphany and show the way to self-correction, as well as help you relax before, during or after a long day.
This is one of the key reasons why AeroYoga® recommends our students and friends is to encourage them to follow AeroYoga® and AeroPilates® classes to help them deal with stress.
For anyone who uses AeroYoga® to relieve stress, here are some basic considerations that you may want to consider to get the most benefits:
-Practice under the supervision of a certified AeroYoga® (and AeroPilates®) International teacher.
-Practice regularly, at least two days a week.
-Practice progressively, without haste, starting with the most basic levels.
-Follow the recommendation of your doctor if you are pregnant or suffer from any health condition.
